Whyalla display section

This is the first real good photo of lightning that I had gotten in Whyalla.  It was taken in 1997 (by this time I had my license and a car [see photo tips]).  Although nothing special in itself it inspired me to get out and have a few more attempts - and boy did 1997 provide some opportunities.

Having been inspired by my effort above a storm came through about a week later and these are some of the shots from it:

I was quite impressed by these shots, however the best was still to come.
